Redhawks News · Racine Captures Gold, Boys 4×100 & 4×400 Take Home Gold

Another outstanding track season is in the books as the State 4A Championships concluded on Saturday afternoon! The Redhawk girls finished 3rd in the state for their best team finish in school history. Kayla Racine came home the big winner as she won the 4A Discuss State Championship and finished runner-up in the Shot Put. The Redhawk boys finished as State Runner-Up for the 2nd season in a row as the 4×100 relay team of Torran Goings, Trini Feggett, Montre Miller, and Dermonti Romey broke the state record with a time of 41 seconds. The Boys 4×400 Relay team also took home gold as Torran Goings, Malik Donald, Montre Miller, and Christian Horn finished with a winning time of 3:18.68. Congratulations to all of our athletes on another outstanding track season!!
