Redhawks News · Richland Two Athletic RE-Entry Guidelines


All Richland Two Fall Sports teams will have the opportunity to begin Phase I summer workouts beginning June 29th. Each athlete is encouraged to contact their sport’s Head Coach via email to get information regarding their sport. Click on Athletics parent letter to review important information on the guidelines set in place for these Phase I workouts. Before participating each athlete must have the following:

  1. 2020-21 Completed Richland Two Physical Packet dated after April 1, 2020. {Doctor’s Care is offering $15 Sports Physicals in the Midlands area}
  2. A Richland Two RSD2 Athletic Covid Waiver signed by athlete and parent.
  3. Their own water bottle (daily).
  4.  Their own facial mask (daily).
  5. Each athlete must pass pre-screening questionnaire/temperature check (daily) before being allowed to participate that day.

WHS Cheer Tryouts will be held on June 29-July 2 with make-up days designated for July 6 and July 7 if needed. Contact Coach Briana Gerald for more tryout information.

Football workouts for rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors will begin on June 29th. Freshmen will not be included until later in July (Stay tuned for updates on Freshmen football workouts). Contact Coach Matt Quinn for your group assignments and other information.

Volleyball workouts will begin on July 6th. Contact Coach Ciji Van Tyne for more information.

Cross Country workouts are presently being held virtually. Contact Coach Brice Mann for more information.
