Volleyball Finishes 7th at White Knoll Tourney

The Redhawk Volleyball team finished 2nd in the Silver Bracket this weekend, and 7th overall in the White Knoll Volleyball tournament. The team lost their first three games to Lexington (22-25, 11-2), Andrew Jackson (10-25, 26-24, 7-15), and Gilbert (15-25, 12-25). The girls then came back and beat Andrew Jackson in three (25-22, 20-25, 15-13)

This past Saturday the Redhawk Boys and Girls Teams competed at the prestigous Bob Jenkins Coaches Classic held at Sandhills Research Park. Westwood Athletic Dept. Honored

On Wednesday September 2nd Westwood High received the Award of Excellence in Sportsmanship, Ethics, and Integrity. The award was presented to Athletic Director, Jason Powell, at the South Carolina High School League 4A Athletic Directors meeting on Wednesday. Westwood was one of only six 4A schools in the state to receive the award.
